The Suffolk NYC is an elegance student housing in New York. It is a lower east side luxury apartments and provide studio to 3 bedrooms for the students to choose. And there are many communal areas for the residents to use and play with their friends during the weekend. There are many restaurants, cafes, and bars around The Suffolk apartment for the people to taste. The apartment is suitable for the students who will study at New York University and Pace University.

 

Feature

The Suffolk has four room type choices for the students, they are Studio, 1B1B, 2B2B, and 3B3B. In the bedroom, there is a spacious bed, two wall lamp, and a desk with a chair. In the living room, there is a large sofa, a big screen TV, chairs, and a dining table. The open kitchen is replete with spacious refrigerator, gas range, a built-in dishwasher, oven, microwave, and  many cabinets. The building includes the communal areas like bike storage, lounge, lobby, laundry room, Communal Kitchen, and Conference Room. Also, for the fitness and recreation areas, there is gym, yoga studio, game room, Tanning bed, and swimming pool for the students to do exercise and play. There is a 24-hour security in the building to ensure the safety of the residents. The outside features include patio, balcony, and outdoor grilling area.

There are some restaurants with high rating nearby The Suffolk NYC. Russ & Daughters Cafe is a popular American flavor restaurant, and it just 7-minute walk away from the Apartment. The menu includes the smoked fish, salad, sandwiches, and sweets etc. People can choose diverse types of food in here. Other popular restaurants like Davelle(Japanese restaurant), Saluggi's East, and Scarr's Pizza. The supermarket just downstairs the apartment is the Trader Joe's (walk for 2 minutes), and the Essex Market is also a food market near this building. You can walk to the market in 5 minutes. The Apartment place in a good location and there are some entertainments nearby this building which are the The Back Room bar, Lullaby bar, and Regal Essex Crossing cinema to catch the least movies with your friends. It will take about 7-8-minute walk to arrive these bars and enjoy the nightlife. The shopping center nearby are the East Broadway Mall and Elizabeth Center. You can drive car for 5-7 minutes to approach these two centers.

 

Transport

From The Suffolk NYC, take the subway line J in 10 minutes can arrive New York University. Also, take the subway line J can go to Pace University in 15 minutes. The closest bus station is Essex St/Grand St station, it is 3-minute walk away from the apartment. The East Broadway and the Grand St are the two closest metro station to the building.
