There is one bedroom, 2 singles bed that can be arranged as 1 double and 1 sofa bed and a TV . This flat is located very close to Addenbrooke's Hospital and thus provides an excellent solution to those visiting ailing relatives by minimising travel time and maximising the time one can spend at the hospital. 


The flat has one bathroom with a shower unit, and a small kitchen. As it is located on Long Road, it is easily accessible both from Trumpington Street, as well as from Hills Road (either directly, or via Luard Road/Sedley Taylor Road to avoid traffic. 


There is a one full size bathroom and one additional toilet. 


The apartment has a maximum occupancy of 4 people. No parties, no pets and no smoking is allowed in the apartment. 


All the essentials like towels, bed sheets, soap and toilet paper are included. Bathroom essentials such as shampoo, conditioner and bath gel are also included. As well as complimentary coffee and tea. 


The guests are welcomed to use the kitchen, dishwasher as well as the washing machine/dryer. 


There is a smoke detector, carbon monoxide detector, first aid kit and fire extinguisher in the property. 


The apartment is located on the ground floor but unfortunately there is no access for the disabled.
