Times Overseas Homestay Pte Ltd ( TOH ) provides professional homestay and guardianship services. The company was founded in 1999. From 2007 till 2015, TOH has provided accommodation/services and guardianship for more than 1000 students lived and studied in Singapore. With almost 20 years of experience of student management & overseas student services, TOH wins good reputation and recognition from students and parents. 

Currently TOH is providing accommodation/services in the East , West and North East region of Singapore. Homestays in the East are near Paya Lebar MRT Station, near the interaction of the East-West Line (green line) and Circle Line (yellow line). The homestay in the West are in Chinese Garden situated along the East-West MRT line (green line). The homestay in North East region is located at Circle Line(yellow line) near Lorong Chuan MRT station.

Register fee S$200

For advance booking, a one month deposit is required

Six months rental and one month deposit must be fully paid when check in

For twelve months contract rental can be made in two payments. The 1st payment of six months rental and one month deposit must be fully paid when check in, the second payment must be paid before the 5th of the following six month

The above rental is inclusive of utilities, cleaning service, fiber wi-fi, and maintenance fee.
