Details

1. Can the signed contract be canceled before check-in? If so, what are the requirements?
- Answer: Cannot. Payment and signing are required within 48 hours after the contract is sent. If both payment and signing are done but the member wants to cancel, all the payments will be forfeited.

2. The termination of the contract is displayed on the official website. But is there any time limit for applying on the app or website? For example, at least how long before tenants move out, and is there a penalty?
- Answer: By default, any 3-month contract above will have 45 days advance notice to terminate the contract and/or notify for renewal.
For Early Termination -- Tenant may terminate the Agreement after the expiry of the minimum term (three months) by giving 45 days notice (in writing) of intent to vacate the premises and upon forfeiting 100% of the Security Deposit.
