• The terms and regulations stipulate that the stay period is at least 3 months. Before booking, it is necessary to submit relevant documents and pay the deposit (which can be refunded upon check-out and the amount is one month's rent). After confirming the reservation and submitting the documents, we will give the student one day to pay the deposit. If the deposit is overdue, the bed will continue to be opened to other students who wish to book. At the first check-in, a one-time registration fee of SGD $200 is required. The bed rent is paid on March 1st. If the lease term is less than the entire month, the excess lease term will be calculated in days. Apartments do not allow cooking, but simple food can be cooked using boiling water and a microwave. (There are food stalls and shopping malls around the apartment)
