The lessee may not terminate the lease early before the lease period of this contract has expired. The fee paid at the time of booking is a deposit. Once the deposit is paid, you can apply to cancel the reservation in writing within 3 hours and receive a refund of 50% of the deposit amount. After this time limit, no fees will be refunded.
