Large garden Kitchen and showers are shared 6 showers and 6 toilets. Cleaning lady comes each day Monday to Friday to clean all communal areas. Large TV common room. Free fibre-optique in all rooms and laundry machines. Central heating. Each resident is given a cupboard space and fridge space The neighbourhood has lots of green spaces and lakes. Shops, markets, cafes, everything in walking distance. We have a fantastic bunch of international students, friendly and good. PLEASE NOTE: A deposit will also be required if the booking is over 2 months.
